All of our wines are made using "cleaner" alternatives to traditional, commercial winemaking techniques. We use green-pea powder for filtration and vegetable protein for clarification; eliminating the use of egg-whites, isinglass, casein and gelatin. None of our wines contain added sucrose, and all sugars are derived from the natural sugars present in our grapes. All wines have very low-sulfite content without the use of added 'Meta'.
